Vietnam Chieu Hoi "Surrender" Bags

A lot of people have asked about these bags they are called P-38s or P-51s and they are called Chieu Hoi "Surrender" Bags.
They are vintage Vietnam War era US GI Issue made to water proof a standard M16 20 round magazine but have a psychological warfare message written in Vietnamese on them. They would be dropped along the trail for Charlie to find and read.

The text on it reads: "Returning Chieu Hoi will help you again see your parents and family in a peaceful and democratic Vietnam."
